House rules

Check-in 4 PM; checkout 11 AM, local time. Primary renter must be at least 25 and remain throughout the stay. Maximum 26 people includes daytime visitors. Events/parties require written owner authorization before booking; event fees and rules must be agreed with the host. No smoking, vaping, tobacco, incense or oil lamps anywhere on the property. Up to two dogs require prior approval and a pet fee; unauthorized pets incur $250 per pet plus $100 per day per pet and may lead to eviction. Sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and at least 24 hours before arrival; otherwise the host states the booking may be cancelled without refund. Follow the host’s cancellation/rental agreement; the rules state no refunds for weather, outages or other listed events outside the host’s control. Supervise children at all times, especially near water, upper bunks, playground and balconies. Under-18s need adult supervision at pools and spa. No lifeguard or supplied life jackets. No glass, pets, diapers, diving, running, rough play, additives or unsafe-weather swimming. Swim-spa jets are for adults only; keep children out when jets are on. Stay at least three feet from pool equipment and never adjust heaters, pumps, timers or safety systems. Remove covers fully for use and replace afterward. Use only pool-safe loungers and floats. Pool service is Monday and Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM; vacate during service and for up to one hour afterward. Use only the metal fire pit for campfires and the grill for cooking. Do not burn wood or cook in fireplaces. No fireworks, candles, confetti, glitter, dyes, water balloons, hunting or weapons. Park only on designated driveways; no vehicles behind the cabin or on porches. Do not move furniture or tamper with theater, cameras or equipment. Exterior cameras are at the front entry and side parking. Dogs must be supervised, crated when guests leave, kept off furniture and out of bathing/swimming areas; clean up waste. Flush toilet paper only; no wipes or grease/food in drains. Starter supplies are provided; bring extras. Report damage promptly; charges may apply. Before leaving, gather towels, load/start the dishwasher, remove food and belongings, dispose of trash, turn things off and lock up. Getting there

Seven advertised bedrooms include the theater sleeping space. Side parking provides a step-free entrance to the back porch, but upstairs rooms require stairs and the host lists the home as wheelchair inaccessible. Parking is gravel. The in-ground pool is fully fenced; the gazebo swim spa and hot tub are not fenced. The backyard is unfenced. Exterior security cameras monitor the front entrance and side parking.
