How are the 26 guests accommodated?

Five king bedrooms, a bunk/game room and theater sleeping space make seven advertised sleeping spaces. There are five king beds, seven twin beds, four full beds and four convertible sofa sleepers, counted as 20 sleeping units. Four king rooms and the bunk room have en-suite bathrooms; two more bathrooms are in the halls. The maximum of 26 includes daytime visitors.

Is pool heating included?

Heating for the covered swim spa and hot tub is included. Heating the in-ground pool costs US$150 per day, must be requested in advance for the whole stay, and is subject to owner approval and weather. Water temperature is not guaranteed.

Are dogs allowed?

Up to two dogs may stay with prior host approval and a pet fee. They must be supervised, crated when guests leave, and kept off furniture and out of baths, pools and spa. Clean up waste. Unauthorized pets may lead to fees and eviction.

Can we host a wedding, reunion or retreat?

The lodge considers special events, including intimate weddings, family reunions and corporate retreats. Written owner authorization is required before booking. Contact the host through the direct website to agree event fees, rules and arrangements; an ordinary reservation does not authorize an event.

Is the home wheelchair accessible?

The host lists the home as wheelchair inaccessible. Side parking offers step-free entry to the back porch, but upstairs sleeping areas require stairs. Confirm specific mobility needs with the host before booking.

What are the check-in requirements?

Check in from 4 PM and check out by 11 AM, local Oklahoma time. The primary renter must be at least 25 and stay throughout the visit. Smart-lock entry uses a unique code for each group. Sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and at least 24 hours before arrival.

Is there parking and EV charging?

Free gravel parking includes a horseshoe drive for boats or ATV trailers. A Level 2 NEMA 14-50 EV connection is available; bring your own adaptor. Vehicles must stay in designated parking/drive areas, not behind the cabin or on porches.

What entertainment is available?

The theater seats 19 and has a 135-inch projector, 12-speaker surround sound, recliners, convertible sofa loungers, mini fridge, microwave and popcorn machine. Games include shuffleboard, an interactive arcade game table, ping pong, cornhole, horseshoes, miniature golf, frisbee golf, board games and a children’s playground.

What supplies and laundry facilities are provided?

Bed linens, pillows, blankets, bath towels and separate pool/spa towels are provided. Bathrooms have toiletries; starter supplies include paper products, detergents, coffee and sugar. Guests provide additional supplies. Two washers and dryers, an iron and ironing board are available.

Are there outdoor security cameras?

The host discloses cameras at the front entry and side parking area. Guests must not cover, move, disable or tamper with them.

What should we know about pool safety and maintenance?

The in-ground pool is fully fenced; the gazebo swim spa and hot tub are not fenced. No lifeguard or supplied life jackets. Under-18s need adult supervision at all times near or in pools/spa; swim-spa jets are adults-only. No glass, pets, diapers, diving, rough play or swimming in unsafe weather. Do not adjust equipment or heating. Service is Monday and Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM; stay out during service and up to one hour afterward. Review all host safety rules before booking.

Is the property fenced?

The in-ground pool is fully fenced. The swim spa and hot tub under the gazebo are not fenced. The backyard is not fenced. Children and guests under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times near or in the swimming areas.

Where is the cabin and what is nearby?

In the Broken Bow/Hochatown area of McCurtain County, Oklahoma, beside the Ouachita National Forest and across from a seasonal creek. Nearby attractions include Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, ATV trails, wineries and breweries. The host map is approximate; no exact address or travel times are established here.
