Air conditioning: Central air conditioning and heating; ceiling fans in bedrooms, gazebo and back porch.
Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is provided but not guaranteed. No measured speed is supplied.
Parking: Free parking on gravel, with a horseshoe drive for boat/ATV trailers and side parking. Level 2 NEMA 14-50 EV connection; bring your own adaptor.
Pets allowed: Up to two dogs with prior host approval and a pet fee. Supervise dogs, crate them when leaving, clean up waste, and keep them off furniture and out of baths, pools and spa.
Kitchen: Equipped kitchen: double oven, six-burner propane stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes, coffee bar with grinder/Keurig/frother, blender, air fryer, slow cooker, frozen-drink machine and nugget ice maker. Indoor table seats 10 plus two extra chairs; island seats 10. Covered outdoor dining seats eight, with propane grill.
Washing machine: Two washers and dryers, iron and ironing board. Starter detergent is provided; guests supply additional provisions.
Step-free access: Step-free access from side parking to the back porch only. Upstairs rooms require stairs; the home is listed as wheelchair inaccessible.

Private outdoor in-ground pool with tanning ledge and seating, available year-round and fully fenced. Pool heating costs US$150 per day, requires advance request for the whole stay, and is subject to owner approval based on weather. The separate covered 21-foot, 54-inch-deep TidalFit swim spa and attached hot tub under the gazebo are not fenced. They are temperature-controlled year-round, with heating included. No specific water temperature is guaranteed. The backyard is unfenced.
