Smoking is not allowed. Long-term stays are allowed. Electric vehicle charging is unavailable; guests with electric vehicles must arrange charging elsewhere. Beach equipment rentals are optional and incur an additional charge.
Getting there
The home is directly oceanfront, with water surrounding the main spaces, and may not be ideal for families with small children. Kona Bay Estates provides access to a swimming lagoon and white sand beach with year-round swimming and snorkeling. Kailua-Kona Village is minutes away. A car is recommended.
