- Air conditioning serves all sleeping areas, but not the living room, dining room or kitchen. Thermostats are preset to shut off at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.; they operate continuously at night with a minimum temperature of 74°F.

- Laptop-friendly accommodation.

- Free parking in the private driveway and garage. Electric vehicle charging is not available; guests must arrange their own charging.
