The house

The 3,400 sq. ft. home stands on over half an acre of tropical landscaping. Open-plan living and dining spaces have sliding and accordion doors opening toward the pool deck, a tiled great room with seating and a smart TV, and indoor and outdoor dining areas. The kitchen has granite counters, a six-burner range, double ovens, a curved breakfast bar, a dishwasher and extensive small appliances. A BBQ is available.

The upstairs primary suite has a king canopy bed, a futon, a separate media lounge, a private ocean-view lanai and an ensuite with dual vanities, a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. Its observation loft contains two twin beds with ocean and mountain views. The second upstairs suite has a king bed, mountain views and an ensuite tub/shower combination. The downstairs suite has a queen canopy bed, garden access and an ensuite tub/shower combination. The suites have ceiling fans and individual air conditioning.

A private oceanfront pool and hot tub overlook the Pacific. Outdoor facilities include a lanai, a dining table seating eight, lounge areas, a private yard, a koi pond and cascading water features. A Poi Pounder fountain and lava rock features frame the entrance. Guests have access to the community lagoon and white sand beach, with year-round swimming and snorkeling.

The home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, Ethernet, smart TVs, satellite or cable TV, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, a pack and play, a private driveway and a garage. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit; security cameras are present. Concierge services are available upon request, including daily maid service, airport pickup, lei greetings, private whale-watching and snorkeling tours, and private chef experiences. Optional beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Long-term stays are also allowed.
