When will I receive check-in instructions?
Check-in instructions are provided three days before arrival after booking confirmation. Check-in details are only shared after successful mandatory identity verification.
Can I arrange early check-in or late checkout?
Standard check-in is 15:00 and checkout is 10:00. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability from the night before and cost extra. To guarantee early access, book the preceding night if available; to guarantee a later checkout, book an additional night if available.
Can luggage be stored outside the stay?
For security reasons, unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after checkout.
Is cleaning available during the stay?
Cleaning during the stay can be arranged for an additional charge.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
