House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties or antisocial behaviour, smoking or shoes indoors. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Report any breakages. Excessive noise may result in an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction. Any breach of house rules may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction. Mandatory identity verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are shared. At checkout, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, return moved furniture to its original position, dispose of rubbish in the correct bins, turn off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close/lock doors, windows and the balcony.

Port Melbourne Beach is a two-minute walk away. No parking is available at the property. Tram 109 is a seven-minute walk away; tram 1 is 16 minutes away. Tullamarine Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive away and Avalon Airport a 40-minute drive away.
