The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator and extends over two levels. A hallway leads to the bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, a laundry room and the sleeping area, which contains a queen-size bed and a bedroom with two single beds.
Upstairs, a small hallway has a desk beneath a sea-view window. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, with a moka coffee maker, kettle, oven and fridge, and opens onto a small terrace with an outdoor sink. The living room has two leather armchairs and opens onto a larger terrace with a table, sofas, armchairs, an outdoor sink and a covered pergola. This terrace overlooks the Arethusa spring and the large port. A washing machine and iron are available.
The apartment is in a limited traffic zone. Nearby parking and exploring the old town on foot are recommended. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is about 60 km away and Comiso Airport about 110 km away. Syracuse railway station and the intercity bus station with airport connections are about 1 km from Ortigia.
