House rules
No smoking. No pets. Saturday check-in and checkout. Gas fireplaces are available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31, 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31, 2027.
Getting there
The home is oceanfront, with the beach steps away via a private walkway with steps. Parking is limited to seven vehicles.
