Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, and a wood-burning fireplace are provided.
The five bedrooms span three floors: two have king beds, one has two twin beds, and two have queen beds. Each bedroom has air conditioning. Bedrooms 1, 3 and 5 have ensuite bathrooms; Bedroom 1 also has streaming TV, a walk-in closet and a balcony/deck. The five full bathrooms include showers, a tub and shower/tub combinations. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.
Outdoor facilities include a fenced, private heated pool, an uncovered deck/patio, a gas grill, outdoor dining furniture, lounge chairs, a lawn, a cooler, a wood-burning fire pit and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. Bicycles, beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided. Indoors there is a media room, a game room with a ping-pong table, cable/smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker. Parking and an attached garage are available.
