House rules
The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Maximum occupancy is eight; additional guests beyond this limit are not permitted. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Events are prohibited under the standard policy. Events, commercial activities and other non-traditional uses, including rotating groups during one stay, require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If a canceled stay is reopened at the owner's discretion and rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement booking is collected. If it is not rebooked, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis is notified in writing at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement. The owner may arrange showings to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule them during reasonable daytime hours.
Getting there
Bedrooms occupy the first/main, second and third floors. Nearby beaches include Big Alberts Landing Beach, Atlantic Avenue Beach, Indian Wells Beach and Eqypt Beach. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about the availability of outdoor furniture and equipment; spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at staymarquis.com.
