Outdoor facilities include a gunite pool, cushioned seating, a day bed, umbrellas, a grill, two decks, a pool house and an outdoor shower. An upper back deck overlooks the backyard, and vegetation surrounds the property. A Sonos speaker system, fireplace, fitness studio and screening room provide additional recreation spaces. The screening room has surround sound, sound-blocking panels, a large screen, couch seating and a wet bar.
The bedrooms span the main floor, second floor and lower level. Two primary bedrooms have king beds and decks; two further second-floor bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom.
