The house

The approximately 6,000-square-foot home accommodates up to eight guests. Its open-plan main level connects the kitchen, dining spaces and living room, with extensive windows providing natural light. The living room has a sectional and additional lounge seating, and the main dining table seats ten.

Outdoor facilities include a gunite pool, cushioned seating, a day bed, umbrellas, a grill, two decks, a pool house and an outdoor shower. An upper back deck overlooks the backyard, and vegetation surrounds the property. A Sonos speaker system, fireplace, fitness studio and screening room provide additional recreation spaces. The screening room has surround sound, sound-blocking panels, a large screen, couch seating and a wet bar.

The bedrooms span the main floor, second floor and lower level. Two primary bedrooms have king beds and decks; two further second-floor bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom. Another second-floor bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite, while the lower-level bedroom has two single beds. The bathrooms include five full bathrooms and a main-floor half bathroom.

Ocean beaches and downtown Amagansett Village are nearby. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
