The open-plan kitchen includes a butler's pantry, and the master bedroom has an ensuite and ocean views through the home's interior. A rumpus room with an Atari gaming table opens onto a sheltered private courtyard. A north-facing ground-level sun deck has an outdoor lounge and bean bags, with native eucalyptus providing privacy on the street side.
The three bedrooms contain a king bed, a queen bed, and a single bed plus a bunk bed respectively. Linen is provided. Facilities include reverse-cycle air conditioning, heating, a double lock-up garage, BBQ, garden, outdoor seating, Foxtel/cable TV, DVD player, books and games. The kitchen has a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and toaster. A dryer, bathtub, shower, hot water and smoke detector are also provided.
