House rules
Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hen or buck parties. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and limited to the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of any changes. Pets are prohibited unless the property is advertised as ‘Pets Welcome’. Specified arrival days may apply during peak periods. Guests must treat the property respectfully and follow the house rules.
Getting there
The beach is a 500 m walk away. Lorne Country Club is a short stroll away, with the Otway forest behind the home. The two levels are connected by a steel staircase.
