Located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift, the house opens onto an entrance that leads, on the right, to an independent, habitable and well-equipped kitchen, complete with dining table, dishwasher and coffee machine.
Continuing on, you reach the living room with dining area, furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV and access to a small balcony.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, each with two single beds and a wardrobe. The apartment is completed by a full bathroom with shower and washing machine.
*The structure is currently undergoing renovation work. For this reason, there may be noise during the day.

Santa Margherita Ligure is situated on the Riviera of Levante, in a basin enclosed in the north-western part of the Portofino promontory, and in the innermost part of the Gulf of Tigullio. The inhabited centre, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation with views over the so-called "Dolphins' Coast", which connects the town to Portofino. The locality is an appreciated tourist and seaside resort of the Riviera of Levante.
Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Portofino Regional Natural Park.
