Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Regular check-in ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days before arrival; the amount varies under local regulations. Getting there
The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with a lift. The beach is five minutes away; Santa Margherita Ligure railway station is 1 km away and Genoa airport is 40 km away. Renovation work at the building may cause daytime noise.
