The elevated main floor contains a living room with a large flat-screen television, a kitchen, a dining table and a bar with additional seating. The primary bedroom is on this level and has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are a second king bedroom with a private bathroom and two guest bedrooms that share a bathroom and a marina-facing balcony. One guest bedroom has two queen beds. Bedrooms have televisions, linens, towels, pillows and comforters. Multiple decks overlook the coastal marsh habitat.
The home has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washing machine and dryer, a barbecue, a patio and a garden/backyard. Guests have access to the shared Morgan's Cove pool and Wild Dunes cafes and restaurants. Golf, tennis, spa services and other Wild Dunes recreation must be booked separately.
Docks, marina shopping and dining are a short walk away. The Marina Store offers groceries, while Islander 71 has rooftop dining, live music and seasonal oyster roasts. Kayaking, flat-boat tours and fishing charters are offered at the marina. A shared marina slip provides limited boat parking.

Boat parking uses a slip shared with another boat; boats must enter via the Intracoastal Waterway, and trailer parking must be arranged outside Wild Dunes. Locally rented street-legal golf carts are permitted; carts cannot be brought from home because trailers are prohibited. The closest golf-cart parking to the beach inside Wild Dunes is on Summer Dunes Lane and Island Cottage Lane. Coastal erosion and high tides can temporarily make some or all beach areas inaccessible; these natural changes do not qualify for refunds or relocation. Nearby construction may cause disruption, and relocation is not offered for unforeseen construction.
