The 4,687-square-foot home accommodates up to 16 guests and has six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, one on each floor. Multiple living areas, ocean-facing decks and a screened porch provide indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. Amenities include a private pool, gas grill, outdoor shower, game area, ping pong table, 10 TVs, two DVD players, linens, towels and an elevator. Renovations are underway throughout the interior and pool area; planned kitchen updates include two dishwashers and two refrigerators.
Existing photographs do not reflect the completed updates. Four adult unisex bikes and a beach wagon are included in the amenity fee for rentals of up to 21 nights, but not for longer rentals. Guests receive a credit for meals delivered by SERG Take Out Kitchen. The interior is being repainted, hardwood floors refinished, bedroom carpet replaced with hardwood and many furnishings replaced. The pool area is being completely renewed; confirm completion and current readiness.
Hairdryer, iron and board, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and deadbolt lock are provided. Arrival and departure are keyless and contactless.
