House rules
Maximum occupancy is 16 guests. Pets and other animals are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. The fireplace is not available for guest use. Vehicles must not park on grass or landscaped areas. Four adult unisex bikes and a beach wagon are included in the amenity fee only for rentals of up to 21 nights. Guest Connect contains arrival information, lock codes, Wi-Fi codes and other stay details.
Getting there
The home is oceanfront, with direct access to the sandy shoreline beyond the dunes. Coligny Plaza's shops, restaurants and entertainment are minutes away. Interior and pool-area renovations are underway, and existing photos do not reflect the completed updates. Parking is limited to six vehicles on improved surfaces.
