What staying here is like
The 4,687-square-foot home accommodates up to 16 guests and has six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, one on each floor. Multiple living areas, ocean-facing decks and a screened porch provide indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. Amenities include a private pool, gas grill, outdoor shower, game area, ping pong table, 10 TVs, two DVD players, linens, towels and an elevator. Renovations are underway throughout the interior and pool area; planned kitchen updates include two dishwashers and two refrigerators. Existing photographs do not reflect the completed updates. Four adult unisex bikes and a beach wagon are included in the amenity fee for rentals of up to 21 nights, but not for longer rentals. Guests receive a credit for meals delivered by SERG Take Out Kitchen. The interior is being repainted, hardwood floors refinished, bedroom carpet replaced with hardwood and many furnishings replaced.
