House rules
Family friendly and pet friendly. Contact the host if bringing more than one pet. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Parties and events, smoking and commercial photography are allowed. Guests must remain within the fenced garden areas and must not enter equestrian areas. Bring your own tennis rackets. The fireplace in the first living room is not operational.
Getting there
The home is within a working equestrian estate. All equestrian areas are private and strictly off limits; guests must remain within the fenced garden areas at all times.
