Midterm bookings only. Pets, parties and smoking are prohibited. Breaching the smoking policy may incur a minimum €200 smoking fee. Complete the online check-in form with guest details and expected arrival time, verify your identity and complete the legally required guest registration. A rental contract must be signed online before arrival; check-in instructions are withheld until it is signed. For stays longer than 30 nights, a utilities fair-use policy applies with a limit of 80€. Extra keys, when available, lost keys or a door-opening service during the stay cost 20€. Extra cleaning with linen costs the amount of a cleaning fee. Extra towels and sheets for two people cost 30€, subject to the stated condition that the sofa bed is not included. Free cancellation is offered up to five days before check-in.
