The house

Guests have exclusive access to the entire 130 m² home. The terrace has a private outdoor swimming pool, a barbecue area and an outdoor dining table with chairs. There is also a garden.

The open-plan living area has a sofa and TV, connected to a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and cutlery. A washing machine, ironing equipment, heating and a hair dryer are provided. A dedicated games room has table tennis, table football and a pool table.

Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and there is a third bedroom. The house has three bathrooms: one with a toilet, shower and bathtub, and two with a toilet and shower. Towels, bedlinen and toiletries are provided. Starter supplies for the first days include shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, a sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag. The home is professionally cleaned before and after stays.

Private parking and street parking are available, along with Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace. The surrounding central Portugal area offers river beaches including Praia Fluvial do Mosteiro, Praia Fluvial do Cabril and Praia Fluvial de Mega Fundeira. Nearby outdoor attractions include the GRZ 33 – Grande Rota do Zêzere, the PR2 PGR – Roman Trail and Fragas de São Simão.
