The house

Woodridge Wonder accommodates up to six guests in three main-floor bedrooms: two with one queen bed each and a third with one bunk bed. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a TV. The main floor has a full bathroom with a shower and a separate half bathroom.

The interior has hardwood floors, an open living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining room, and a kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, cookware, dishes, toaster and blender. Glass doors lead to a furnished covered porch overlooking a sizable yard and lawn. Outdoor facilities include a shower, grill, beach chairs, beach umbrella and private heated gunite pool.

Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, parking, heating, washer, dryer, bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher. The cottage offers access to the ocean, bay, restaurants and shops.

The owner handles property preparation, arrival coordination, in-stay communication and maintenance. StayMarquis provides a Guest Experience Manager to help facilitate requests such as grocery shopping or arranging a private chef.
