House rules
No smoking, vaping or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00; arrivals outside these hours must be requested. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and highchairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Early or late check-in and late check-out may be requested, subject to availability.

The home is set over three floors, with a spiral staircase leading upstairs to the bedrooms.
