The house

This 145-square-metre home spans three floors and combines Victorian features with modern interiors. The kitchen and dining area has wooden work surfaces, metallic units and a large dining table. Kitchen equipment includes a cooker, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee-making equipment and dishwasher.

There are two living areas: one with a chandelier and Crittall window, and another with a Chesterfield sofa and garden views. A patio provides outdoor seating. A spiral staircase leads upstairs to the bedrooms. The principal bedroom has olive-green tones and dark wood; the top-floor double room has rooftop views. A day bed is also described for a younger guest. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. The home has two bathrooms, including a bathroom with a roll-top bath.

Wi-Fi, television, a washing machine and tumble dryer are provided, along with linens, towels and toiletries. Children and infants are welcome. Baby cots and highchairs can be hired subject to availability. Additional services available to order, subject to availability, include airport pickups and private transfers, welcome packs, mid-stay housekeeping, fresh towels and linens, and extra bedding or pillows.
