Before you book
House rules
The booking guest must be at least 21. Pets are prohibited; unauthorized pets may incur a fine. This is a smoke-free home. Smoking violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm–7:00 am; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Neighborhood access has a mandatory cash-only HOA fee per vehicle: $9/day or $20/week from Easter to Labor Day, and $20/week from Labor Day to Easter. Rental passes must be purchased upon arrival. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit charged after booking. A high chair requires at least 24 hours' advance notice. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are available upon request.
Getting there
The home is on the southern end of Hilton Head Island, minutes from beaches, dining and local attractions. Onsite parking is limited to four cars; street parking is prohibited. Neighborhood access requires a vehicle pass purchased on arrival.
