The house

The home has six renovated bathrooms and an open living, dining and kitchen layout with large windows overlooking greenery. Updated furnishings, a shuffleboard table and a separate lounge with a wet bar provide several indoor gathering spaces.

The backyard has a private, unheated pool, lounge seating, a spacious patio, an outdoor kitchen with a grill, and a dining area under a pergola. Hilton Head's beaches, dining and local attractions are minutes away.

Three bedrooms each have a king bed, one has a queen bed, and one has two twin single beds. Bedroom 2 also has a TV. Rooms have linens, towels, pillows and comforters. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are available upon request. A washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, a fireplace and free Wi-Fi are available. TV viewing is through streaming apps using guests' own sign-ins; live TV is not available.

A pack n' play travel crib is available, and a high chair can be requested with at least 24 hours' advance notice. Self-check-in uses a keypad. Onsite parking accommodates four cars, with no street parking. Neighborhood access requires a cash-only vehicle pass purchased on arrival. Stays over 28 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
