The house

The approximately 7,000-square-foot house has a two-story foyer, hardwood floors, high ceilings and custom millwork. The Great room includes a fireplace and Sonos sound system. The equipped chef’s kitchen has gas cooking, a microwave, coffee maker, dishes and silverware, with a breakfast area, formal dining room and rear patio for outdoor meals. A grill, deck and balcony provide additional outdoor spaces.

Five second-floor bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. Two have king beds and three have queen beds. The primary suite has a fireplace, walk-in closet and private east-facing balcony. A further queen bed is in the lower-level sleeping space, alongside a separate full bathroom. The lower-level recreation facilities include a Peloton bike, free weights, treadmill, steam room, wine cellar, art space and billiards. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, hair dryer, iron, washer and dryer are provided. Wi-Fi, heating and a hot tub are available.

Outside are a fenced backyard, private tennis court and fenced, heated in-ground pool. Outdoor pool and hot-tub availability is generally seasonal. The house is minutes from Main Street shopping, vineyards, farmers markets and restaurants; nearby beaches include Mecox, Ocean Road and W. Scott Cameron. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
