The house

The approximately 4,100-square-foot house has five bedrooms across the first and second floors. The living room features vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, a sectional sofa, a bluestone wood-burning fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain views. A separate family room has a fireplace, television and foosball table. A pool table, five streaming televisions, Sonos sound system and stationary bike provide additional indoor facilities.

The kitchen includes custom cabinetry, a butcher-block island seating four, wine fridge, Wolf range, microwave, Nespresso machine and stainless steel appliances. The adjoining dining table seats eight. A top-floor loft provides an office and seating area, and the house has a boot/ski room, washer and dryer. Heating, linens, bath towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided.

Outside, the deck has lounge and patio furniture, a firepit and grill. The hot tub is available year-round. The primary bedroom has a fireplace and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. Two full bathrooms are on the main floor; a half bathroom and another full bathroom with shower and tub are upstairs.

Windham Mountain ski trails, Windham Path trails and Windham Mountain Bike Park are steps away. The homeowner manages on-site operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
