House rules
No smoking, vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 carries an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellations less than five days before arrival receive no refund.
Getting there
Wimbledon Village and the Wimbledon tennis grounds are a short walk away. Central Wimbledon, with train and Underground stations, shops and restaurants, is minutes away. Off-street parking requires advance request.
