The entire studio is for guests’ exclusive use and has its own entrance. The open-plan space includes a double bed, seating area, tall wardrobe and a wall-mounted Smart TV on an adjustable bracket. There is one bathroom with a shower.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishes and silverware. A foldaway table with chairs can be used for dining or remote work. Heating, free Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, tea and coffee are provided. Free parking is directly opposite.
Brighton Marina, Kemptown and town are a short walk away, and Brighton Racecourse is at the top of the road. The nearby South Downs offer walking and cycling opportunities. A Co-op and pharmacy are at the bottom of the road; Asda at Brighton Marina is just over one mile away.
