Remove shoes indoors and be considerate to neighbours. No extra guests, smoking or parties. Lost keys or keys not returned to the correct location incur a charge. Assistance following a lockout costs a minimum of £25. Late checkout costs £50 per hour unless agreed in advance. Smoking indoors incurs a £50 fine. Evidence of a pet having stayed inside or outside may result in extra charges. Children are welcome and must share the double bed.
Getting there
The number 21 bus stop is two doors away, and the number 1 bus stop is a few minutes away, with services into central Brighton. Brighton Marina, Kemptown and town are a short walk away. Children are welcome but must share the double bed.
