House rules
Maximum occupancy is six people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are prohibited under all circumstances because of a homeowner allergy. A credit-card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is not permitted. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange a paid In-Stay Refresh; stays of at least 30 nights require additional paid cleaning and are non-refundable. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depend on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for arrival.
Getting there
The home is within walking distance of skiing and town, and very close to the gondola at Mountain Village Core. Ski shuttle service is available. The maximum number of cars at the property is one; additional paid valet parking at The Peaks is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
