The house

This 2,498-square-foot, two-level condo overlooks Mountain Village Core and The Peaks Resort. Stonework, custom steelwork, granite and mahogany finishes run throughout the home. The upper floor contains an equipped kitchen with a wrap-around breakfast bar seating three, a dining table seating eight, and a living room with a stone fireplace. Private decks and balcony access offer mountain and slope views.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor, each with a king bed, television and full ensuite bathroom. The main bedroom also has a gas fireplace, desk, large walk-in closet and private balcony; its ensuite has a dual vanity, steam shower and large soaking tub. The second bedroom has a desk and an ensuite with a shower and soaking tub. There are four full bathrooms in total.

The home has air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, a grill, smart TV, games and video games. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, cooking basics, dishes, a standard drip coffee maker, espresso machine and French press. Bed linens, towels, hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. An elevator and underground garage are available.

Up to two days of access to The Peaks Resort amenities are included, covering its spa, gym, pool and hot tub. Additional day passes may be purchased through the Reservation Team at an additional cost. Ski shuttle service and walking access to town and skiing are offered. Long-term stays are also allowed.
