House rules

The primary renter must be at least 28 years old. Additional guests require express approval. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited; event-related, commercial or other non-traditional reservations, including rotating guest groups, require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $300.00 per night of the reservation. One end-of-stay cleaning is included; stays longer than seven nights require one cleaning per week at the guest’s expense. The owner may show the home to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to use reasonable daytime hours. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.

Getting there

The property is not handicap accessible. Nearby beaches include Maidstone Beach, Maidstone Park, Barnes Hole and Albert’s Landing. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; seasonal cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May.
