Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be registered in advance with the property. Identification documents are requested for every guest after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Do not hang items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Occasional noise from condominium or external works may occur during legally permitted hours. Late check-in may incur an additional fee, and late check-out incurs an additional daily charge.
