Self check-in is provided without an in-person host. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. The minimum reservation age is 18. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight, and visitors must be identified to the management in advance. Guests must follow condominium rules. Deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang towels, clothing, rugs or other objects from windows, balconies or external areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Identification documents are requested for every guest after confirmation. The gym, individual wine cellar, cigar room, poker room and party room are restricted to reservations longer than 30 days. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable.
