Is self check-in available?
Yes. Guests access the condominium and apartment without an in-person host. Check-in is flexible from 14:00, with arrivals listed from 14:00 to 23:00.
What happens if checkout is after 10:00?
Checkout after 10:00 results in a charge for an additional night.
Are the condominium common areas always available?
No. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined by condominium management.
Which areas require a stay longer than 30 days?
The gym, individual wine cellar, cigar room, poker room and party room are permitted only for reservations longer than 30 days.
