The house

The approximately 5,116-square-foot home has designer furnishings, artwork, multiple living spaces, five bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The open-plan main floor connects a chef’s kitchen, dining area and living room, with vaulted ceilings and large sliding doors opening toward the backyard. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware and a microwave. The living room has a sectional and fireplace, and an office nook provides a dedicated desk. The finished lower level includes a second living room, a full kitchen and a private gym.

The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, fireplace, walk-in closet, balcony/deck and full ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub. Two further second-floor bedrooms each have a queen bed; one has a full ensuite bathroom. The lower level has one bedroom with two double/full beds and another with a queen bed. The remaining full bathrooms, both with showers, are on the lower level and main floor.

Outdoors are a private heated pool, sundeck with chaise loungers, outdoor sofa, dining table, gas grill, deck and lawn. The backyard is fenced. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, ironing equipment, heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer are provided.

Southampton restaurants, boutiques, galleries and town beaches are nearby. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
