House rules

The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Maximum occupancy is 10; additional guests are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating guest groups require prior written host approval; additional fees or an increased security deposit may apply. Reservations require approval before confirmation. One dog of 20 lbs or less is permitted for $200.00 per booking; larger dogs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. The fee schedule specifies $200 per dog per booking. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $65.00 per night. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Following cancellation, Marquis may work with the owner to reopen and rebook the original dates. If those dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use the original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule during reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

Flying Point Beach and Coppers Beach are nearby; the village and beaches are minutes away. The property is not handicap accessible. Outdoor furniture and equipment may be seasonal; inquire before booking outside Memorial Day to Labor Day.
