The house

The home has four main-floor bedrooms and an additional lower-level sleeping area with two twin beds. The primary suite opens onto the deck. Central air conditioning serves the home. The open-plan living area has a vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, flat-screen television and glass sliders leading to the deck and pool area. A spacious dining area connects to a granite kitchen with an eat-in island, stainless appliances, stove, refrigerator, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cookware and tableware.

Outside are a multi-tiered deck, six lounge chairs, patio furniture with an umbrella, a built-in stainless gas barbecue, gas fire pit, hot-and-cold outdoor shower, landscaped gardens and a fenced backyard. The private tennis court includes rackets and balls. Beach chairs are available. Indoor facilities include a washer and dryer, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, heating, hot water, television with cable, a Sonos speaker system, ping-pong table and fitness equipment. Parking and an electric vehicle charger are available.

The village and beaches are minutes away. Flying Point Beach and Coppers Beach are nearby. After booking confirmation, the homeowner manages on-site operations and guest communication.
