The house

White Street Estate accommodates up to 12 guests across eight bedrooms in the main house, with 10.5 bathrooms across the property. The approximately 12,000-square-foot home has a gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, home theater, arcade game room, billiards, fitness center, sauna and fireplace. Heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

The main-floor primary bedroom has a queen bed and a king bed, a full ensuite bathroom and a balcony/deck. Six bedrooms are on the second floor, and one is on the lower level. All eight bedrooms have air conditioning and televisions; several have balconies/decks and walk-in closets. Seven bedrooms explicitly have ensuite bathrooms. The property has ten full bathrooms and one half bathroom, including a full bathroom in the pool house. The main-floor ensuite bathroom is advertised as accessible.

The pool house includes a full kitchen, bathroom and sitting area. Outdoor facilities include a fenced backyard, covered deck/patio, eight lounge chairs, patio furniture, a gas grill, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower, a fire pit, basketball area, swing set with tree house and two soccer nets. Bicycles, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a beach pass are available. Coopers Beach is nearby. Children are welcome, but a crib is not provided.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program. Reservations require approval before confirmation.
