The approximately 3,000-square-foot home has an open-plan interior with high ceilings, skylights, contemporary furnishings and Brazilian cherry hardwood floors. The great room has a Smart TV, and a Sonos sound system serves the house. The island kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave and De'Longhi coffee and espresso machine. The breakfast island seats six and the formal dining room seats eight. An office has a desk and two chairs, and there is a laundry room. Central air conditioning, heating, linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.
All four bedrooms are on the first/main floor of the main house and have air conditioning, closets and full ensuite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have king beds, one has two twin/single beds, and one has a double/full bed. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 have TVs and balcony/deck access. The four full bathrooms include a shower and tub, a shower, a shower/tub combination, and a shower respectively; an additional half bathroom is on the same floor.
Outside are a fenced backyard, lawn, deck with dining and lounge furniture, gas grill, four pool loungers, private fenced outdoor gunite pool and hot tub. Beach equipment includes two beach chairs, an umbrella, toys and a cooler. The home has two primary bedrooms and two guest bedrooms arranged for privacy.
