The house

This 3,100-square-foot, tri-level home occupies one acre of manicured lawn and accommodates up to nine guests. Wood floors, oversized windows and skylights complement several formal and informal living spaces. A large den off the foyer has multiple access points to the yard. The formal dining room seats six, and the adjacent fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and an island for preparation, serving or informal dining. A casual seating area adjoins the kitchen. The great room has vaulted ceilings, seating and an informal dining table overlooking the grounds and pool; another sitting area occupies the partial second level.

All five bedrooms are upstairs: a king bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, two queen bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. An additional main-floor sleeping area has a twin bed. The upstairs bathrooms include one with a shower and another with a shower/tub combination; a half bathroom is on the main floor. All bedrooms and the additional sleeping area have air conditioning.

Outside, a wood deck has patio furniture and a dining set, alongside a lawn and a patio with a fenced freshwater pool and seven lounge chairs. A gas grill is available. The home includes central air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, Wi-Fi, parking and a garage. Kitchen equipment includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
