The house

The estate accommodates up to eight guests across a four-bedroom main house and a separate two-bedroom guest cottage. The main house has an open layout, natural light, spacious living areas, a double-height living-room ceiling, an equipped kitchen, a formal dining room and a den. The guest cottage offers a separate place to stay within the estate.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated pool, private tennis court, lawns, multiple gardens, a private courtyard and several outdoor dining areas. A patio, outdoor grill and Tesla charging station are available.

All six bedrooms have air conditioning. The main house's four bedrooms are upstairs: two have pairs of twin beds, one has a king bed and one has a queen bed. The guest cottage has two queen bedrooms on its first/main floor. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided, along with a washer, dryer, heating, hot water and an iron/ironing board.

Rogers Beach is 0.5 miles away. Roger's Beach, art galleries and restaurants are a short walk away. Nearby dining includes Flora, Fauna and The Patio; Justin's Chop Shop is a nearby grocery option. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
