The approximately 2,400-square-foot home has a roundhouse section with a lofted octagonal wooden roof, perimeter windows and sliding-glass doors. Its open great room combines the kitchen, dining and living areas and opens onto a wrap-around deck with outdoor dining. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-making equipment, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware.
All three bedrooms and the additional sleeping area are on the main floor. The primary bedroom and Bedroom 2 each have a king bed and a full ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. A queen sofa sleeper provides an additional open-plan sleeping area. All four sleeping areas have air conditioning and televisions; the bedrooms have closets and cable/streaming TV. The primary bedroom and sofa-sleeper area have deck access. The three full bathrooms include one with a shower and tub and two with shower/tub combinations.
Outdoor facilities include a private hot tub, deck/patio, lounge chairs, outdoor dining furniture, a gas grill and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. Beach equipment includes chairs, an umbrella, toys and a cooler, along with a kayak/canoe and paddle board. The home has private bay-beach access and a private right of way to the ocean across the street.
Indoor facilities include Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, heating, a washer and dryer, a gas fireplace, a stereo system and living-room television. Linens, bath and beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher.
