House rules

Maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are prohibited under all circumstances due to homeowner allergy. Final homeowner approval and electronic signing of Terms and Conditions are required to confirm a reservation. A credit card must be on file for arrival access information. Check-in begins at 16:00 MST and checkout is at 10:00 MST. Early arrival or late departure requires authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and is subject to availability. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local management address is available on request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of thirty nights or more require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. For bookings made more than 110 days before arrival, half of the booking total is due at booking and the balance is due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before the 110-day deadline receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee. After full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Stays of thirty nights or more are non-refundable.

Getting there

Ski access is down the street, and the Oak Street Gondola is within walking distance. Downtown shops, restaurants and trails are accessible on foot. Three bedrooms are upstairs. A maximum of two cars is permitted at the property.
